Kenneth J. “Ken” Curry is President and Chief Executive Officer of OSE Solutions. He sets the company's strategic direction and leads growth, customer engagement, and industry relationships.

Ken's leadership career spans telecommunications, public-sector and commercial technology, including complex program environments, customer strategy, and energy operations. He has led teams serving government agencies and major commercial organizations and has worked with senior stakeholders on technology strategy, complex solution development, service delivery oversight, lifecycle considerations, and program performance.

Earlier in his career, Ken led sales and account organizations supporting customers in financial services, insurance, transportation, and hospitality. He also held senior leadership positions in the energy industry, where his responsibilities included natural-gas marketing, transportation, customer development, and delivery operations. That range of experience gives Ken a practical view of how technical, operational, financial, and customer priorities interact.

Ken and the OSE executive leadership team are building OSE into a focused engineering company serving organizations whose networks, security, and infrastructure are central to the mission or business. His objective is to grow OSE responsibly through sound work, trusted relationships, and measurable value for customers and industry teams.

LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES

Prepare before committing

Understand the requirement, the constraints, and the stakeholders before defining the answer.

Bring the right team

Complex requirements depend on multiple disciplines. Assemble expertise based on the work, not organizational convenience.

Communicate directly

Make responsibilities, risks, decisions, and next steps visible to the people involved.

Stay accountable to the outcome

Keep the technical effort connected to the mission, operation, or business result it is intended to support.
